We want you to love your Penningtons purchase, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. Returns can be processed easily through our online portal or at any of our retail locations across the country.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn clothing items with their original tags in the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
